Babatunde Ibrahim

Eco Vernacular Architect fighting against generic homes.

Hello. I'm Babatunde Ibrahim.

As an Eco-Vernacular architect, I merge the best of two worlds. I dig deep into local building traditions and materials, ensuring that the designs are rooted in the local identity. I then introduce a contemporary and eco-friendly touch, so that spaces aren't just stylish, but also kind to our planet.

Each project for me is a journey:

1. Studying the local history;

2. Understanding the traditional techniques;

3. Incorporating modern, sustainable practices.

I collaborate closely with you to incorporate your insights and feedback every step of the way. I am registered with the Architects Registration Board (ARB) and a proud member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).

I am committed to crafting spaces that resonate with both the past and the future. Let's work together to make your vision green and gorgeous!

*Eco-Vernacular architecture is about designing buildings that take inspiration from traditional methods used in a specific area, using local materials, but with a modern twist.
